Led MOTAR, a secure XR content management platform serving government and commercial clients across 6 license tiers. Owned the commercialization roadmap, integration strategy, and product backlog. Delivered NEXT, a spatial computing prototype for Apple Vision Pro, from concept to investor demo in 90 days.
Led S.T.E.P.S., a modular XR training platform for the USAF B-52 program. Grew through three SBIR phases to a $6.5M Phase III contract. Per USAF whitepaper: 95% reduction in pilot training time, 19% reduction in procedural errors.
Bootstrapped mobile studio — 5 titles shipped across iOS and Android, 20K+ combined downloads. Indie Prize honorable mention at Casual Connect 2017.
